Coverseal consists of a unique, reliable and patented technology to cover the swimming pool. The basis of the technology has been used for years in various industrial sectors where safety and convenience are paramount. Think in particular of branches of smooth and fast-opening doors. This philosophy is tailored to the specific needs and standards within the swimming pool world.
The simple principle of a Coverseal
When closing the Coverseal, the unique mechanism ensures that the membrane of the Coverseal cover is secured in a specially developed 10 mm rail. The membrane (cloth/tarpaulin) has been developed under the label of Serge Ferrari, world leader in the field of innovative membranes.
The Coverseal membrane is resistant to UV rays, extreme weather conditions and can bear a large weight (several tons). The membrane is made of a flexible pre-tensioned PET microcables, wrapped in various polymer layers. Light in weight but extremely strong and simply reverts to its original shape after deformation. This makes Coverseal a very safe and durable swimming pool cover.
Personalize your Coverseal cover?
The cover seal is available in different versions. There is a manual version, semi-automatic and a fully automatic version. These are available with a choice of 6 different colors of membranes such as; gray (7037), beige (1015), light blue (5015), dark blue (5013), black (9005) and green (6026).
The diaphragm housing (optional for the manual and semi-automatic models) is supplied as standard in a gray RAL 7037 colour. If desired, it can be provided in any RAL-K7 Classic color so that it fits completely within the environment.
Although the gray 7037 ral color is also the most chosen option, it can give a very nice effect to choose a contrasting color within the environment.
Safety comes first
The Coverseal covers meet the highest safety standards. In 2013, a French standard was created for swimming pool covers, namely: NF P90-308. The standard proposed to protect children under 5 years of age from the risks of drowning in an environment with a swimming pool.
Within the Belgian Coverseal, great care is taken in the choice of high-quality materials and the unique rail and an exclusive locking system are used. The pool is thus efficiently and safely covered, regardless of the size of the pool. Children, pets and even adults over 100kg can walk across the membrane without any problems. The true No. 1 cover in the field of safety!
Always a clean pool
The Coverseal membrane and mechanism ensure that the pool is covered and dirt does not get a chance to get into the pool. Water tightness is guaranteed, so there is no evaporation of the water.
Swimming pool water remains clearer and cleaner because there are far fewer external influences. The Coverseal membrane remains perfectly taut. This means, for example, that no leaves, vermin or other undesirables can enter the pool. The pH level of your swimming pool remains more stable, so that much less chemical products are needed for water purification, especially in combination with the unique water purification installation of Zwem Wereld.
The bathing water remains perfect and is also much cheaper due to the reduction in additives.
Fantastic insulation value
Enjoy a heated swimming pool at the lowest energy costs. Then you choose the combination of a Hybris Pool and Coverseal cover. During the day, the sun's rays warm up the cover and the heat transfer also makes the water underneath nice and warm.
When it cools down at night, the cover prevents heat loss and prevents evaporation through the waterproof membrane. Stagnant air is the best and most environmentally friendly insulation. Heat from the pool rises upwards and is insulated by the stagnant air created by the Coverseal. As a result, the water hardly cools down.
With a Coverseal above the bath you not only save water but also on the energy bill. During colder periods, the insulation prevents the water from freezing and a special winter cover is not necessary.
